First visit: Join a normal meeting and experience the program as it usually runs.
Before buying: Ask a local leader which uniform, handbook, or equipment is needed first.

Uniforms and Advancement

Official program guides

At Cub Scout pack meetings and special events, registered Cub Scouts are expected to wear the official field uniform. If it is unavailable, the pack-issued activity shirt is required. Each registered Cub Scout receives one activity shirt at no cost as a one-time issue. Review the separate official guides for Cub Scout and Scouts BSA uniform details.
